80% of the population in Kenya is considered to be Christian. Christian leaders' training in Kenya will improve the country’s secular and religious leadership significantly. The African continent is estimated to have 784 million people in the 21st century - 350 million are considered Christians. The continent has the highest Christian concentration in the world, which significantly influences the continent’s spiritual, economic, leadership, and political development. It is estimated that Africa will have 70% of the world's indigenous churches by the year 2010. Kenya has 36% or 13 million evangelicals—Africa’s highest percentage and nearly equal to all evangelicals in Europe. Native pastors in Kenya and other African Countries need contextual theological training, as well as leadership training. The training of pastors and secular leaders in Kenya will lay a foundation of integrity leadership—the backbone of spiritual, economic and political development in Africa. As God provides, the RAHMI Leaders Training College will be built on the 32 acre tract of land in Thyka - a city about 60 miles outside of Nairobi which the ministry owns. RAHMI Leaders Training College will aim to combat these theological, political and economic problems with it's training curriculum. The leadership training will address biblical theology, contextual theology, servant leadership, and integrity leadership by using problem based solving (PBS) methods.
